Pre Construction Scores

The cities of Portland, Milwaukie and Hillsboro are now requiring energy scores for homes that are listed for sale before completion. With a completed Builder’s questionnaire and a copy of the building plans we will complete your score, log it with the Green Building Registry and send you a PDF copy on any house for $135.  Simply download the questionnaire and send that completed with a copy of your building plans to
